Modify score calculation

    • Modify the multiplier values in the formula indicators to calculate the final success score.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Performance Analytics > Indicator Groups > Change success score - multipliers.
    2. Open the indicator that you want to modify.
    3. In the formula, change the multiplier value.
      Modify the formula by changing the highlighted multiplier value
    4. Click Update.
