    Procedure

    1. Set up Moveworks for Employee Slate.

      This includes configuring Moveworks chatbot for Employee Slate and configuring Employee Slate for Moveworks.

    2. Activate the ITSM Employee Slate for Moveworks plugin to enable the ITSM Employee Slate for Moveworks application.
    3. Install the Outage lookup plugin on your Moveworks application and connect it with your ServiceNow instance.
      This integration extracts the outage information from your ServiceNow instance.
