Configuring DEX for Microsoft 365

DEX for Microsoft 365 gets installed automatically when you install Digital End-User Experience.

Configuration overview

1. Integrate the ServiceNow instance and Microsoft Azure by creating a custom application in Microsoft Azure portal to authenticate ServiceNow requests. To enable call quality monitoring for Microsoft Teams, do the following:
   • Register a custom application in Microsoft Azure portal
   • Configure a connection for DEX for Microsoft 365
2. Enable application monitoring.

   Enable application monitoring to gain insights into call quality metrics and diagnose issues to enhance performance.
