Create an insights report

Build and run custom reports to uncover insights across your digital workspace. Use the capability to generate reports on any of the performance metrics on a device or application.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_dex.admin, sn_dex.engineer

Procedure

1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
2. In the primary navigation pane, select the DEX Insights icon ().
3. Select the metrics you want to include in your query.
4. Filter by Department, Device list, and Operating system.
5. Select View results.
6. Select Save, assign a name to the report, and select Save again.
   Note:

   You can save up to 10 custom reports. Delete an existing report that is no longer needed to make space for a new custom report. Select More actions > Delete report.
