Turn off application monitoring

    • Disable the monitoring of an application in situations where monitoring is causing performance issues or interfering with the functionality of the application.

    Before you begin

    Confirm that the DEX plugin (sn_dex) is installed.

    Role required: sn_dex.admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. In the primary navigation pane, select the DEX Administration icon ().
    3. On the Application management card, select Configure applications.
      The list of monitored applications appears.
    4. Select the check box next to the application name that you want to turn off.
    5. Select Turn off metrics monitoring in the Actions drop-down list.
      The monitoring of the application is turned off.
