Edit alert rules

  • Modify alert rules to fine-tune monitoring criteria and thresholds.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_dex.admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. In the primary navigation pane, select the DEX Administration icon ().
    3. Select Configure on the Alert rules card.
      The list of alert rules appears.
    4. Select the name of the alert rule that you want to update.
    5. Modify the values as needed, selecting Next to navigate between the pages.
    6. Select Update.
      Note:
      If you edit an existing alert action or proactive resolution, the changes are saved even if the alert rule is closed without saving.
