Installed application — Overview page
The overview page for an installed application provides information on the active alerts, active incidents, current impacted devices, and the average-time-to-resolve for the incidents. Tracking the total active incidents can help you to monitor and manage the overall health of the application.
| Field | Description |

| Active alerts | Number of ongoing notifications or warnings related to the performance of DEX. These alerts might include issues with system availability, network connectivity, security threats, or other potential disruptions to business operations. |
| Active incidents | Number of ongoing issues or problems reported by users. These incidents might include issues with hardware or software, slow system performance, or other technical problems that are affecting their ability to work efficiently. |
| Current impacted devices | Total number of devices impacted due to the application service or performance failure with open alert created. |
| Active alerts and incidents last 7 days | Patterns in the type of incidents and alerts that are reported in a particular context over the last 7 days. |
| Average MTTR incidents, all time | Mean time to resolve (MTTR) incidents created for this application. |
| Application versions | Displays the total number of devices per version of the application. Note: You can navigate to all devices page that displays specific application version page by selecting the bar chart. |
