View outages from Desktop Assistant

  • View outages to identify potential task hazards and plan your work accordingly. Outages can be planned, unplanned, or related to service degradation.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_dex_desktop.user or sn_dex_desktop.admin

    Procedure

    1. Log in to Desktop Assistant.
      For more information, see Open and log in to Desktop Assistant.
    2. On the Desktop Assistant home page, select Outages.
      You are directed to the System Status page on the Employee Center portal.
    3. In the Current Status section of the System Status page, view the list of active outages.
    4. Select an outage to view more details on the outage details page.
