View alerts generated from metric rules

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_dex.user or sn_dex.admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. In the primary navigation pane, select the Express list icon (The Express list icon that displays all the active alerts.).
      Note:
      When multiple alerts are triggered for events that are part of the same rule, these alerts are automatically grouped.
