Web application — Overview page

The overview page for a Web application provides information on the active alerts, active devices, active incidents, current impacted devices, and the average-to-resolve time for the incidents.

Field	Description
Active devices	Total count of active devices for the application.
Active alerts	Total count of active alerts for the application.
Active incidents	Total count of active incidents for the application.
Current impacted devices	Total number of devices impacted due to the application service or performance failure with open alert created.
Active alerts and incidents (last 7 days)	Number of open alerts (P1-P5) and incidents (P1-P5) created for the application in the last 7 days.
Average MTTR incidents (all time)	Mean time to resolve (MTTR) incidents created due to this application.
