Configure DEX Self-service categories and subcategories

  • Configure or customize device health categories and subcategories for issue configurations to enable end users in your organization to self-solve device, application, and connectivity issues by using DEX Self-service.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_dex.admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Digital Experience Self-Service > Device Health Categories.
    2. Select New to add a category or open an existing category to modify its details.
    3. Enter relevant information in the DEX Self-service category form fields.

    4. Select Submit to add new categories, and Update to modify existing categories.
