Create custom record views

    • Create a UX custom form view to show any record for a given table in Digital Portfolio Management (DPM).

    Role required: sn_dpm.dpm_admin

    About this task

    Create a UX custom form view to determine the view to show for a given table in DPM.

    Note:
    Clear the cache to see the change results of this procedure.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Now Experience Framework > Configuration Settings > UX Form View Rules.
    2. Select New.
    3. On the form, fill in the fields.
      Table 1. View rule form
      Field Set Description
      Name Unique name of the custom form view.
      Table
      Table name associated with the custom form view.
      Tip:
      Enter a key word like service or offering.
      View

      The custom UI view. You can select default or workspace, or new.
      Application

      The application for the view rule. This field should default to the application that you're in.
      Execution Order The order in which your view displays.
    4. Select Submit.
