View releases planned in a release readiness target

    • View and track all product releases that are planned in a release readiness target and track their progress.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_dpr_model.release_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Digital Product Release Workspace.
    2. Select the release calendar icon (Release calendar icon.).
      The release calendar appears.

    3. Select a release calendar on which you want to view the releases.
    4. Optional: Filter the release calendars by selecting a release manager from the filter list.
      Release targets are displayed for all release managers by default.
    5. Select a release readiness target from the calendar, list view, or agenda view pane, to open.
      OptionSteps
      From the calendar view
      1. Select the calendar view icon (Switch to calendar view icon.).
      2. On the calendar, select the release target item on a date.
      From the List view
      1. Select the list view icon (Switch to list view icon.).
      2. Select a release target from the list.
      From the Agenda View pane
      1. Select a date on the calendar.

        The Agenda View pane appears with a list of all release targets scheduled for the selected date.

      2. On the Agenda View pane, select a release target tile.
    6. On the Release target form, select the Releases tab to view all releases planned in the readiness target.
      The list displays all releases attached to this readiness target.
    7. Select a release from the list to review its status and other details.
