- Okta

- Zscaler
- Open IT ticket
- Check the status of employee's requests and incidents in a simplified view
- Browse commonly requested catalog items
- Access open and completed tasks
- Access the requests assigned to or submitted by the employee
- Access the favorites
- Review notifications
- Get support
