Get started with AI search in new or zBoot instances

  • Enable intelligent query features that help agents to quickly find the required answers in ITSM Mobile Agent in new or restarted instances.

    Before you begin

    Role required: ais_admin or admin

    About this task

    AI search is enabled by default in the base system for new and restarted instances. You must publish the associated search profile.

    Procedure

    1. To ensure AI search is enabled, navigate to All > AI Search > AI Search Status.

    2. Publish the AI search-related search profile.
      1. Navigate to All > AI Search > Search Experience > Search Profiles.
      2. Click ITSM Mobile Agent Search Profile.
      3. Click Publish.
