Manage upcoming shifts with On-Call Scheduling

  • As an On-Call Scheduling manager, view your team's schedule and perform activities like approving time-off requests and providing coverage.

    Before you begin

    Role required: rota_manager

    Procedure

    1. Open the ITSM Mobile Agent app and tap My team.
    2. On the On-call Schedule tab, tap Upcoming shifts.
      All upcoming shifts for the current month are displayed. The shifts are grouped based on the type of events. One-day events are displayed at the top, followed by multi-day events and short-duration events that are sorted based on the time that the event was created.
    3. Tap the shift card to view shift details.
    4. Tap Request time-off and provide the following details:
      • Group
      • Member
      • Start date
      • End date
      • Proposed coverage
      • Notes
    5. Tap Submit.
    6. Tap Provide Coverage and provide the following details:
      • Start date
      • End date
      • Coverage
    7. Tap Submit.
    8. In Upcoming shifts, swipe the shift card to the left and tap Request time-off to go to the Request time-off form.
    9. In Upcoming shifts, swipe the shift card to the left and tap Provide Coverage to go to the Provide Coverage form.
