Request time off with On-Call Scheduling

  • Use the Time-off requests tab to view a list of time-off requests that are divided into pending and completed requests.

    Before you begin

    Role required: Itil, sn_incident_write

    Procedure

    1. Open the ITSM Mobile Agent app.
    2. On the On-call Schedule tab, tap Time-off requests.
      A list of time-off requests is displayed. The list is divided into pending and completed requests.
    3. Tap the filter icon (Filter icon.) to view specific time-off requests.
    4. Tap the menu icon (Menu icon.) and select Request time-off.
    5. Complete the following fields on the Request time-off form:
      • Group
      • Start date
      • End date
      • Proposed coverage
      • Notes
    6. Tap Submit.
