Settings

View the information related to the settings of your ITSM Agent mobile app.

You can adjust the settings of the ITSM Agent mobile app. The following information is available in the Settings screen of your app.

Setting	Description
Instance	Name of the app version
Version	Version of the app
Security	If the administrator has set authentication requirements, enter the secure credentials in the field.
Analytics	Enable the analytics of the app usage
Legal	Read the privacy policies, Open source licence information and End user licence agreement
Logout	Logout from the instance
