Manage time-off requests with On-Call Scheduling

  • Use the Time-off requests tab to approve or reject the time-off request that you've received.

    Before you begin

    Role required: rota_Manager

    Procedure

    1. Open the ITSM Mobile Agent app and tap My team.
    2. On the On-call Schedule tab, tap Time-off requests.
      A list of time-off requests is displayed. The list is divided into pending and completed requests.
    3. Tap Approve or Reject the time-off requests that you've received.
      Note:
      Add a reason for the time-off request rejection.
    4. Tap the filter icon (Filter icon.) to view specific time-off requests.
    5. Tap the menu icon (Icon menu.) and select Request time-off to go to the Request time-off form.
    6. Complete the required fields on the form and tap Submit.
