Activate Performance Analytics jobs for ITSM Success Dashboard indicators

  • Activate the Performance Analytics (PA) jobs to collect daily and historical data for the ITSM Success Dashboard indicators.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Performance Analytics > Data Collector > Jobs.
    2. To run the daily jobs:
      1. Filter the list of jobs to select the following:
        • [SD ITSM] Daily Data Collection
        • [PA SLA] Daily Data Collection
        • [PA Requested Item] Daily Data Collection
        • [PA Incident] Daily Data Collection
        • [PA ITSM Dashboard] Daily Data Collection
      2. Activate the scheduled jobs by selecting the Active check box corresponding to the job.
    3. To run the scheduled jobs for historical data collection:
      1. Filter the list of jobs to select the following:
        • [SD ITSM] Historic Data Collection
        • [PA Requested Item] Historic Data Collection
        • [PA Incident] Historic Data Collection
        • [PA ITSM Dashboard] Historic Data Collection
      2. Select Execute Now to see the past 60 days data in the dashboard.
