Add time savings

    • Add new time savings as a contributing indicator based on your organizational preferences.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_sd.success_dashboard_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Success Dashboard > Getting Started > Success Dashboard > Key performance indicators (KPIs).
    2. Select the row context menu for Contributing KPI type to add the time savings option as a contributing indicator.
    3. Update the Persona group and Time Saveddetails.
    4. Select Add.
    5. Update the existing time savings for the requested items by selecting the record and select Remove.
      Note:
      You can update the record only in the application scope.
