Share the Success Dashboard indicators

    • Share the Success Dashboard indicators with your respective leadership teams, ITSM or HR to view the dashboard and measure the performance of their respective implementations.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_sd.success_dashboard_admin, or sn_sd.success_dashboard_read, or sn_sd.success_dashboard_details_read

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All> > Success Dashboard > Success Dashboard.
    2. Select Share dashboard.
    3. In the Share dashboard dialog box, select the recipients with whom you want to share the dashboard from the Select recipients list.Share dashboard dialog box
    4. Optional: Modify the default message that is sent to the recipients in the Message field.
    5. Optional: Select the KPI details option to add the KPI information in the message.
    6. Select Email to send the email to the selected recipients.
    7. Optional: Select Copy URL to copy a link to the dashboard and send it through different means.
