Actionable notifications for Password Reset for Virtual Agent

Use Virtual Agent to notify employees when their password is about to expire.

You must activate this notification in Workflow Studio. For details, see Set up actionable notifications for ITSM Virtual Agent.

Password Expiration Reminder

Virtual Agent notifies the user when their password is about to expire. Users can reset passwords and unlock accounts even if they are not logged in. When users are logged in, they can perform all actions, such as changing passwords. After changing or resetting a password, the user can’t change or reset the password for the next 24 hours.
