In the search bar, specify the issue.

Use the Now Assist conversational experience to explain your issue.
Now Assist generates recommended solutions for your issue along with reference to content sources.

Review the solutions generated by Now Assist.

If the solutions aren’t relevant, proceed with incident creation or checking the request status.
