Enable collaboration services for configurable workspaces

    • Activate the UI Components of Collaboration for Configurable Workspaces (com.snc.uib.collaboration) plugin to enable the reusing of the component in other configurable workspaces.

    About this task

    If you’re upgrading to Zurich, you must install the UI Components of Collaboration for Configurable Workspaces (com.snc.uib.collaboration) plugin to use the component in across other workspaces. The existing Collaboration services for Service Operations Workspace (SOW) (com.snc.uib.sow_collaboration) is still supported. However, to use the latest collaboration services component, you must update the system properties to implement the functionality. The UI Components of Collaboration for Configurable Workspaces (com.snc.uib.collaboration) plugin is installed by default for zBoot users. For more information about updating the system property, see Migrate the collaborate and Microsoft Teams import screens to new Collaboration services screens.

    Additionally, if you have made any customizations, you must apply those customizations again when you install the UI Components of Collaboration for Configurable Workspaces (com.snc.uib.collaboration) plugin.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > System Applications > All Available Applications > All.
    2. Enter com.snc.uib.collaboration in the search bar.
    3. Select Install.
