Add an agenda item to a CAB meeting
Add change requests to your CAB meeting agenda for review.
Before you begin
Role required: sn_change_cab.cab_manager
Procedure
- Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.

Select the list icon (
).
- In the Change Advisory Board, select My upcoming CAB meetings.
- Open a CAB meeting.
- Select Related records and then select the Agenda Items.
- In the Agenda Items list, select New.

On the form, fill in the fields.
Table 1. CAB Agenda Item form Field Description Meeting Name of the meeting to which the agenda item is added. Task Change request or standard change proposal to associate with the agenda item. Order Order in which agenda items will be reviewed during the CAB meeting. Notification recipients Users who get the notification about the new agenda item. Short description Short description of the selected change request in the Task field. Work notes Additional information for the task. State Current state of the agenda item. Decision Status of the agenda item. When you create an agenda item, its status is set to None. The state is updated according to the decision taken for the agenda item during the meeting.
Allotted time Time set for discussing the agenda item in the meeting. Elapsed time Time already spent on the agenda item during the meeting. - Optional:
Add relevant attachments to the agenda item by selecting the attachments icon (
) and uploading files.

Select Save.
The agenda item is created and added to the CAB meeting and shows in the Agenda Items list.
- If the newly added agenda item doesn't display in the list, select Refresh agenda items.

You can choose to send the meeting invite with updated agenda items to attendees by selecting Yes in the confirmation message box.
Alternatively, you can send the meeting requests to attendees by selecting the more actions icon (
) and then selecting Send meeting request to attendees.
