  • Configure the duration to display requester’s history, consisting of tasks, interactions, and assets. These details are displayed in the Requester Information side panel of Interaction Management record

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Service Operations Workspace Admin Center > Overview.
    2. Select Configure of Interaction Management from the ITSM core configurations section.
    3. Enter the number of days to fetch the data in Days to display data section.
      Maximum limit is 7 days.
    4. Select Update.
