  • Configure a task record form in Service Operations Workspace by modifying the form layout or related lists from the classic ServiceNow AI Platform user interface.

    About this task

    A task record, for example, problem or incident, has the following editable views in Service Operations Workspace.
    • The view while creating the record.
    • The Details tab view after the record is saved.

    Procedure

    1. Open a task record, for example, in an incident or problem, in the classic ServiceNow AI Platform user interface.
    2. Perform any of the following actions.

      Edit the form view that appears while creating a record Select the additional actions icon (Additional actions icon) on the header and navigate to View > Service Operations Workspace New Record.
      Edit the form view that appears after saving the record Select the additional actions icon (Additional actions icon) on the header and navigate to View > Service Operations Workspace.
    3. On the task record form, for example, in an incident form, select the additional actions icon (Additional actions icon) and perform any of the following actions.

      Edit fields Navigate to Configure > Form Layout.
      Edit related lists Navigate to Configure > Related Lists.
    4. Move the required fields and related lists from the Available list to the Selected list.
    5. Select Save.
