Configure IT Agent Dashboard in Service Operations Workspace for ITSM

  • Configure the dashboard that provides performance over time metrics for both the logged-on user and their groups.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to the Service Operations Workspace landing page and select IT Agent Dashboard.
    2. Duplicate the dashboard.
    3. Select Edit to edit the dashboard.
    4. Select Add a tab.
      For example, Demo tab.
    5. Navigate to the Your tasks tab.
    6. Select Average Resolution time.
    7. Duplicate the data visualization.
    8. Scroll down to the duplicated widget and select Move to a different tab.
    9. Select the tab that you have created, for example, the Demo tab.
    10. Under the configuration side panel, select data sources.
      Th Edit data source screen is displayed where you can change the data of this widget.
    11. In search sources, type problem, select problem table.
    12. In filters, select the predefined filter.
      The predefined filter is PA. Source.Problems.Open.Notupdated90d.
    13. Select Apply.
    14. Update the metric to count.
    15. Update Header & description to ‘Problems not updated in 90 days’.
    16. Save the dashboard and share it.
