Hide the inbox in Service Operations Workspace

  • Hide the inbox automatically when a work item, like a chat or call, is accepted. If disabled, the inbox will remain visible even after accepting a work item.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Service Operations Workspace Admin Center > Overview.
    2. Select Configure of Interaction Management from the ITSM core configurations section.
    3. Toggle the Hide inbox when work item is accepted option.
