Map the password reset process to verify the identity of the user requesting a password reset.

Procedure

Navigate to .

On the Admin Center page, do one of the following:
- In the Overview tab, select the Configure button in the Service Desk Assisted Password Reset card.
- In the Configurations tab, select Service Desk Assisted Password Reset card.

On the Verification Settings card, select Process mapping for Verification(s).
The default process mappings are displayed.

Select New to create a new process mapping.

On the form, fill in the fields.
