Mute participants from a Zoom conference call in Service Operations Workspace
Join an existing conference call to participate in the discussion to resolve an incident.

Procedure
- Navigate to .

Select the List (
) icon.
- Select .
- Select the incident record that has an active conference call.

Select the Collaborate icon (
) from the contextual side panel.
- Select the Calls tab.
- Select the active call card.

Mute participants to avoid background noise by selecting the Mute icon (
).
