Restore the greeting banner on the landing page

  • If the greeting banner is closed, restore it to view the agent's shift information.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > User Administration > User Preferences.
    2. From the list of user preferences, open sow.incident.landing_page_header_collapsed.
    3. Ensure that the User field refers to the user for whom you want to restore the banner.
    4. In the Value field, specify false.
    5. Select Update.
