View a conference call recording from Twilio in Service Operations Workspace

    Before you begin

    Role required: itil

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. Select the List (List icon) icon.
    3. Select Incidents > Open.
    4. Select the incident record.
    5. Select the Collaborate icon (Collaborate icon) from the contextual side panel.
    6. On the Calls tab in the Completed calls section, select the View Recording button.

    Result

    You can view the list of all the conference call recordings related to the incident record.
