Create software contracts for the legacy Software Asset Management plugin

    • You can create binding agreements that enable buyers to legally use software that is tracked and managed through the legacy Software Asset Management (com.snc.software_asset_management) plugin.

    Before you begin

    Role required: contract_manager

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Contract > Software License.
    2. Click New.
    3. Complete the form.
    4. Add the software license to the contract.
      Be sure to use the Software License option. The License Bundle and Software License Contracts options are deprecated.
