    ServiceNow® Task Intelligence for ITSM admin console supports the following features:
    • Train the required model with your data, and deploy it to predict incident fields or identify similar records for incidents, which will appear as actionable recommendations in the side panel.
    • Use the incident field information to help categorize incidents or recognize similar records and reduce the incident handle time for agents.
    • Track and monitor the performance of the deployed model.
    • Edit the deployed model based on its performance results, then train and deploy the model again.
