Modify an appointment at the Walk-up Experience Tech Lounge

  • Edit or cancel an appointment at a ServiceNow Walk-up Experience Tech Lounge by using the Now® Mobile app on your mobile device.

    About this task

    The time limit for modifying an appointment may vary across tech Lounges. You cannot modify a confirmed appointment within the time limit that was set for the particular tech Lounge. For example, a tech Lounge has set this time limit as two hours. So, if your appointment is at 10 a.m, you cannot modify it after 8 a.m. of the same day.

    Procedure

    1. On your mobile device, tap the Now® Mobile app icon (NOW Mobile app icon.).
    2. Navigate to your appointment card using any of these options.

      My Items Tap My Tech Visits
      Services Tap the more options icon (More options icon) > Visit a Tech Lounge > Visits.
      Information Tap the headphones icon (Headphones icon) > Visits
    3. Tap the appointment card to open it.
    4. Choose one of the following actions.
      ActionDescription
      Edit Change the date or time of the appointment.
      Cancel Cancel the appointment.
      You can also swipe the appointment card and tap your preferred action to modify the appointment.
