Join a queue at a ServiceNow
Walk-up Experience Tech Lounge by using the Now® Mobile app for
immediate assistance with an issue.
Before you begin

Procedure

On your mobile device, tap the Now® Mobile app icon

).

Navigate to the list of available Tech Lounges using any of these
options.

Tap the headphones icon ( ). |

From the list of active Tech Lounges, tap your preferred Tech Lounge.

Tap Join Queue.
Note: This option is displayed only when the Tech Lounge is open. If the Tech
Lounge is closed, wait to join a queue during the normal operating hours.
