Assign a learning path to agents
Assign a learning path to one or more agents and add a due date for them to complete the path.

About this task
Procedure
- Navigate to All > Workforce Optimization for ITSM > Manager Workspace.

Select the coaching icon (
).
- Select the Learning tab.

Select Learning paths > All learning paths.
- You can search paths based on keywords using the Search field or narrow down the display of the paths based on skills using the Filter by skill field.
- Each path displays a highlight that shows whether it is in draft or published state. You can select a path that is Draft state and complete it. You can select a path that is in Published state and view the path details.

Select the Assign icon (
) for the path you want to assign to agents.
The Assign icon is only available when the path is in Published state. -
In the Assign learning path screen, assign the learning
path to groups or team members.
To Do this Assign the path to all groups that you directly and additionally manage Select To my groups. Assign the path to specific groups or team members - Select To specific groups or team members.Note:If the course item is a quiz, the team members must have the Talent Development Core installed.
- In the Group assignment field, select one or more groups to which the agents you want to assign this path to belong.
- In the Team member assignment field, select one or more team members to which you want to assign the path.
- If the agents have to complete the path within a given date, select the Mandatory check box.
- In the Due date field, select the date by which they need to complete the path.
- Select Assign.
You can see the progress your agents have made as they work on a path. - Select To specific groups or team members.
