  • Assign a published survey to agents or groups so that they can take the survey.

    About this task

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Manager Workspace.
    2. Select the Coaching icon (Coaching icon).
    3. Assign a survey to an agent or a group.
      Note:
      You can only assign surveys that are in the Published state.
      1. Select Assign Survey.
        The Assign a new survey pop-up appears.
      2. Assign the survey to an agent or a group.
        • To assign the survey to a group, in the Assign at group level field, add the groups to which you want to assign the survey.
        • To assign the survey to agents, in the Assign to specific team members field, add the individual members of the team to which you want to assign the survey.
      3. Select Assign.
        The survey is assigned to the agent. When agents complete the survey, you can select View Scorecard and analyze reports from the survey.
      Agents receive a notification when a survey is assigned to them.
