Create a survey in Workforce Optimization for ITSM

  • Create surveys and publish them. You can assign published surveys to an agent or a group. You can also share the survey with other teams by adding managers of those teams as the owners of the survey.​

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_wfo_cfg_ws.manager

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Manager Workspace.
    2. Select the Coaching icon (Coaching icon).
    3. Select the Assessments tab.
    4. Select Surveys > View Surveys.
    5. Add a survey.
      To create a survey usingDo this
      A form Select New.
      Survey Designer Select Survey Designer.
      Note:
      For detailed information on how to create a survey and associate with a coaching opportunity, see Create a survey and associate with a Coaching opportunity.
    6. Configure the survey based on your needs.
      For information on configuring a survey, see Configure a survey using Survey Designer.
      Note:
      To share the survey with other managers, you must add managers of those teams as the owners of the survey.
