Define access to each application in the Admin Console in Workforce Optimization for ITSM

  • Configure assignment group access to each application in Workforce Optimization for ITSM based on your organizational needs.

    Before you begin

    Important:
    Starting with the Australia release, Admin Console in Workforce Optimization for ITSM is being prepared for future deprecation. It will be hidden and no longer installed on new instances but will continue to be supported. For details, see the Deprecation Process [KB0867184] article in the Now Support Knowledge Base.

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Workforce Optimization for ITSM > Admin Center.
    2. In the Define application access section, select Configure.
      The Define application access screen appears.
    3. Select any application that you want to configure and select Edit access.
    4. In the Group access tab, select Add groups.
      1. Select the groups that you want to grant access to for this application.
      2. Optional: Add managers of the selected groups.
      3. Select Submit.
        The managers and team members for the groups are granted access to the application.
    5. In the Manager access tab, select Add managers.
      1. Select the managers that you want to grant access to for this application.
      2. Select Submit.
        The selected managers are granted access to the application.
