  • Configure a prefix to include in an email subject line that creates a case.

    Role required: admin

    手順

    1. Navigate to All > Customer Service > Administration > Properties.
    2. In the Email subject prefix format for new case field, enter the prefix.
      The default prefix is Case:.
    3. Select Save.
