    • Access a list of recipients for a publication and see which recipients have viewed the content.

    始める前に

    Role required: sn_publications.author or sn_publications.admin

    手順

    1. Navigate to All > Targeted Communications > Active Publications.
    2. Open the desired publication.
    3. Click the Publication Recipients related list.
      For each recipient on this list, you can see if the customer has viewed the article.
