マネージャーワークスペースでイベントカテゴリを追加し、イベントのフィールド構成を作成または更新します。

## 始める前に

必要なロール：sn_hr_wfo.admin  
次のイベントカテゴリ構成をデフォルトで使用できます。

* 実際の作業
* ブレーク
* 会議
* オンコール
* オンコール休暇
* 休暇
* トレーニング
* 作業

## 手順

1. 移動先 すべてHR のワークフォース最適化スケジュールイベントカテゴリ.
2. \[イベントカテゴリ\] 関連リストで、\[新規\] をクリックします。
3. \[名前\]フィールドで、イベントカテゴリの名前を入力します。
4. エージェントのカバレッジ計算でこのイベントカテゴリを除外するには、\[カバレッジから除外\] チェックボックスをオンにします。
5. \[イベントフィールド構成\] ダイアログボックスで、必要に応じて次の構成を編集します。  
   注:  
   イベントのタイプに適用されない任意のプロパティを削除できます。
