the IT Asset Management content service.

the Hardware Asset Management content service.

Login to the ServiceNow
Now Support portal.

Navigate to .

Search and select the catalog item Asset Management Content
Request.
On the Catalog Item form, the Catalog Request number (CR), Requested by, and the Company fields populate automatically.

Fill in the details on the form.

You can view your current content requests by navigating to
The default filter only shows your active requests. If you want to see all
your requests (including closed ones), you need to adjust the filter.
