    • With the new ITSM Success Dashboard admin console, you can access the Benchmarks application.

    The admin console displays the required updates or plugins for Benchmarks that help in optimizing the performance of the selected KPIs. It also helps you configure Benchmarks and customize the KPIs and trends according to your organizational requirements.For more information on Admin Console, see ITSM Success Dashboard Admin console.

    • User Roles: You can assign different roles based on specific access requirements.
    • KPI participation: You can review and configure the KPIs opted in for the ITSM, ITOM, and Success dashboard categories.
    • Opt out: You can opt out of Benchmarks at any time. If you opt out, your company usage data is no longer included in the Benchmarks data set, and you no longer see aggregate metrics.
