HR エージェントとして、\[HR ケースのデマンドに関するインサイト\] ダッシュボードを使用して、どの HR ケースに、ナレッジの範囲がないかまたは不十分であるかを特定できます。その後、そのようなHR ケースを回避するために、ナレッジギャップのフィードバックタスクを作成できます。  
注:  
\[HR ケースのデマンドに関するインサイト\] ダッシュボードで、ヒューマンリソース (HR) スコープ対象のアプリ：Core プラグイン \[com.sn_hr_core\] およびナレッジ管理の予測インテリジェンスプラグイン \[com.snc.knowledge_ml\] を有効にします。
