# Oracle Global Licensing and Advisory Services (GLAS) のデータ収集の要求 {#ariaid-title1}

Oracleデータベースオプションと管理パックの使用状況を追跡および測定できるようにOracleServiceNow Storeから GLAS アプリケーションのデータ収集を要求します。

## 始める前に

必要なロール：admin

## 手順

1. Web ブラウザから [ServiceNow Store](https://store.servicenow.com/) に移動します。
2. HI 認証情報を使用してログインします。
3. 検索バーに「 <kbd class="ph userinput">Data Collection for Oracle Global Licensing and Advisory Services</kbd> 」と入力し、「 検索」を選択します。
4. \[Data Collection for Oracle Global Licensing and Advisory Services\] という結果を選択します。
5. \[グローバル ライセンスとアドバイザリ サービスのデータ収集 (Data Collection for Oracle Global Licensing and Advisory Services)\] ページで、\[ インストールの要求\] を選択します。  
   \[Oracle Global Licensing and Advisory Services の ServiceNow Request for App Installation - Data Collection (アプリインストールの要求 - グローバルライセンスとアドバイザリーサービスのコレクション\] ダイアログボックスが開きます。
6. ダイアログボックスで、フィールドに入力します。

   | フィールド | 説明 |
   |-|-|
   | インスタンス名 | アプリケーションをインストールするインスタンスの名前。インスタンス名を入力したら、\[ インスタンスを検証\] を選択して、インスタンスが存在することを確認します。 |
   | 要求の理由 | アプリケーションを要求する理由。 |

7. \[要求\] を選択します。
8. \[Close (閉じる)\] を選択します。

要求が承認されると、アプリケーションのインストール方法に関する詳細な手順が記載されたメールが届きます。
