Clone a task plan template

Clone an existing task plan template to create a new template that includes the items, conditions, and hierarchy of the original template.

When you clone a task plan template, the system creates a new task plan template with a unique record number and opens the cloned template in a new tab. The system creates the new template in Draft status and in the active state. The cloned template is also added to the task plan template list.

The cloned template includes the following:

• The template items, including the item hierarchy.
• Template item attachments.
• Template item conditions.
• Child Template Items related list.

주:

The Clone button is disabled if more than one task plan template is selected.

프로시저

1. Navigate to one of the following lists.
   • All > Task Plan Templates > Draft Task Plan Templates
   • All > Task Plan Templates > Published Task Plan Templates
   • All > Task Plan Templates > All Task Plan Templates
2. Select a task plan template by selecting the check box next to the record number.
3. Select Clone from the Edit menu.
   The system creates a copy of the selected task plan template and opens the cloned template in a new tab.
